I'm currently based in NYC, building something new.

My background is in quant finance and data science, but I'm most passionate about education — I care about designing products, systems, and environments that spark curiosity and encourage boldness.

I'm a generalist who enjoys connecting dots between disciplines. I particularly enjoy working at the intersection of analytics and comms — toggling between numbers and narratives, statistics and stories.

Some things I've been up to, in reverse chronological order:

• said goodbye to quant trading and the deferred life plan
• moved to NYC!
• took a gap year to visit family, travel, and explore my interests
• befriended a member of parliament to get paperwork unstuck
• built analytics tools to help HR source and evaluate candidates
• evangelized 3b1b videos to students in my tutorials
• advised non-profits on improving services for newcomers to Canada
• crunched numbers for the CFO group at a Canadian bank
